How long will my order take?

Usually 9–16 days, with tracking. Items ship from our fulfilment partners overseas.

Why is this cheaper than other shops?

We do not run warehouses or retail space, and we price against what the item sells for elsewhere rather than applying a fixed markup. Where we cannot beat the going rate at a sensible margin, we do not stock the item at all.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not shipped, yes - email support@floridaprofessionalsllc.com and we will stop it. Once it is on its way, treat it as a return.

Do you take returns?

Yes, 30 days. See the returns page - for most items you do not even need to post anything back.

Is my card safe?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers.
