What we collect, and what we do not.

We collect what we need to send you an order and nothing else: your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number - it goes directly from your browser to Stripe.

Sharing

Your delivery address and order contents are passed to the fulfilment partner who ships your parcel, because they cannot post it to you otherwise. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Your choices

Email support@floridaprofessionalsllc.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We keep order records as long as tax rules require and no longer.
